A slightly grizzly pic of dearest Axel for you all
AND this is also my first EVER attempt at digital painting!   The only thing I would encourage is that you should watch how you clean up the picture. There are points on his hair and weapon that seem like they could use a tiny bit more cleaning up since you can see the sketch lines.
I really like this dark look to Axel. It makes his personality really come out.  Nice work! Thanks for the comment, I'm glad you like it! I'd thought Id try a different direction to the whole AxelvRoxas thing

 It took me waaay too many hours and I had to use a mouse for I do not own a tablet yet  it's FAR from perfect but it was good practise! You're welcome. I'm glad I could help at least a little. ^__^ Honestly, I'm happy that you didn't do just another Axel x Roxas pic. They're fun, but it's a little overdone. I can't believe this is your first time doing digital painting. =O

I couldn't do that well with a tablet, not matter how long I spent doing it. Then again, patience is my biggest weakness when it comes to art. xD I don't even know how I stuck it out for so long, haha it was actually a nightmare, but hopefully Santa's gonna get me a nice tablet this year so we'll see

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
